Team Leader / Manager Programme

Location: Hazlewood Castle, between Leeds and York

This Development programme, recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management, is designed to build confidence and develop the essential practical skills needed for effective management.

You will gain confidence and the skills required to become effective Managers by:

•  Learning how to communicate more effectively.
• Understanding how teams work and why good team working is crucial to fulfilling personal and business potential.
• Projecting a professional image.
• Developing a consistent and effective style of presentation.
• To understand the importance of and recognise the benefits of effectively managing performance.
• Understanding how to confidently use your Company Disciplinary procedure and conduct a fair and effective disciplinary interview.

The knowledge gained and the environment created by this interactive programme will enhance the self-confidence and communication skills of each person involved.  This will improve the application of the core management principles needed in any successful company.
